Q: Where can I download The Forest Adventures Game?
A: At the moment, the game is downloadable for Apple and Android users from the App Store and Play Store, respectively.

Q: How do I order the letter(s)?
A: From the mobile app, just click 'Parents' Corner' at the top-right corner. From the website, just head on to 'The Letter' page.

Q: What is included in the letter(s)?
A: The letter comes in a beautifully-designed envelope, along with a set of stickers, all printed on recyclable material—because that's how the forest animals like 'em.

Q: What is letter bundle?
A: A letter bundle includes letters (and the attachments) from ALL SIX forest animals!

Q: Can I have a forest friend send a letter to my real life friend?
A: Of course you can! Just key in their name and address, the same way you would your child, and proceed with the order. Easy!
Q: Do I need to have an account to purchase?
A: Not necessarily. However, having an account makes it more convenient for your future purchases, as your mailing details will be saved. Plus, you can view your order history too!

Q: I'm having trouble loggin in. Help!
A: Having the seasonal forgotpassword it is? Never fear, help is here! Just click 'Forgot password?' in the 'Account' page and follow the steps to reset your password. If that still doesn't solve the problem, reach us at hello@theforestadventures.com for assistance.

Q: Where can I see my order history?
A: Just log in and head to your account page to access your order history. Do note that only orders made after you have registered as a member will be recorded.

Q: How do I unsubsribe from marketing emails?
A: Do-do you not like us anymore? *sads* All jokes aside (it is, isn't it?), if you prefer to not receive updates and promotions from us via emails, just open one of those emails, scroll right to the bottom, and hit 'Unsubscribe'. It may take up to 3 working days to get you out of our list, but it'll get there. Once you're off the mailing list, if you still want to hear from us, you're more than welcome to follow us on Facebook and Instagram. :)

Q: What is "My Favourite Address"?
A: For your future purchases, instead of having to key in the same address over and over again, you can save a default, favourite address for your convenience.
Q: What are the payment method available?
A: At the moment, we accept payments in any of these three methods: Visa credit card, Mastercard credit card, or PayPal. We'll update this FAQ and the checkout section if and when we offer more payment methods

Q: When / How will I be charged for the order?
A: You'll be charged at the very end, once you've confirmed your purchases after checkout.

Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: To cancel your order, for whatever reason, feel free to reach us via email at hello@theforestadventures.com

Q: Can I make changes to my order? How?
A: The forest post office works really fast, so if you wish to make any changes to your order, make sure you do it within 24 hours. Just head to your cart, select your order history, and make the changes there.

Q: I can't proceed with my payment - What should I do?
A: No worries! Talk to us at hello@theforestadventures.com and we'll be more than glad to help

Q: Where and how can I get the payment invoice?
A: You should be receiving your invoice in your email after you've completed your payment. If you don't see it within 24 hours, check your spam/junk folder first, just in case. If it's not there either, talk to us at hello@theforestadventures.com.
Q: Where and when can my order be delivered?
A: We deliver almost all over the world! To see whether your country is in our destinations, check the dropdown list upon making your order. As for when, it might take up to 14 days for your letter to reach your doorstep, depending on where you are.

Q: How much does the delivery cost?
A: Depending on where you are and which option you choose, your delivery cost will vary. At the order confirmation stage, you'll see the cost breakdown for your reference, including delivery cost.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Why, of course you can! Once we start processing your order, we'll send you an email with the delivery details, which includes a tracking code and a link to use it.

Q: I haven't received my letter yet; what do I do?
A: If your letter is supposed to have reached you according to the tracking system, but it's nowhere to be found, please reach us at hello@theforestadventures.com and we'll see how we can help. :)

Q: Can I return the product/get a refund?
A: Should you need to return your purchase for whatever reason, please ensure the following:
-email us at hello@theforestadventures.com;
-contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package;
-tell us why you're asking for a return/refund. Include clear photos so we can understand the situation better.
We hope you understand that we will treat return/refund requests on case-by-case basis.
